Terms and Conditions (Classroom Training)
Attendance and Schedule:
- Candidate shall abide by the rules and regulations in force and those that may be issued by the institute from time to time.
- The students will not be permitted into the premises without their ID cards.
- The course will be completed as per the initial schedule given by the institute.
- Students are expected to attend the classes in time and follow the schedule as per the institute.
- Students unable to attend the class, should intimate to institute in advance.
- No backup classes will be provided if the student is absent for the class.
- No Batch shifting is allowed after attending the classes.
- If faculty/institute has any problems in taking class, institute will inform regarding the postpone of the classes.
- In case of mis behavior or negative attitude of the student, Institute has the right to suspend the student from class without any fee refund.
- Any change of Address / Phone Number should be intimated to the management.
Fees and Payments:
- At the time of joining the class, student has to pay 50% fee. Without payment the student is not allowed to take the classes
- Due fee payment should be done on the due date, if student not paying the fee on due date, he/she not allowed in the classes. Late fee of Rs 500 will be charged.
- Under any circumstances, FEE ONCE PAID IS NON REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE
- In case a student has due payment, student not attending the institute, institute has the right to take legal action against the student and recover the due amount.

- The course will be continue as per initial schedule and will complete on the date of completion.
- In case Students unable to attend the class, We do not offer any extension classes.
- No backup classes will be provided if the student is absent for the class.
- No Batch shifting is allowed after attending the classes.
- If faculty/institute has any problems in taking class, institute will inform regarding the postpone of the classes.
- In case of mis behavior or negative attitude of the student, Institute has the right to suspend the student from class without any fee refund.

- Before start of the online class, student has to pay 60% fee. Else classes will not start.
- Due fee payment should be done on the due date, if student not paying the fee on time, classes will not be conducted. Late fee of Rs 500 will be charged.

Note: All the terms and conditions stated above should be strictly followed. Any violation in this aspect will be dealt seriously. If any difficulty or any uncovered matter arises in the implementation of these rules & regulations then the Managing Director will have the competence and the power to add/amend/remove the rules on the recommendation of the governing body.
